Call for Public Comments(2026.7.2)
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation for the activities of the Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM).
The JFS standards operated through the conformity assessment program include the JFS-A/B/B Plus standards, the JFS standard (food service), and the JFS standard (food service multi-site).
A key feature of the conformity assessment program is that audit companies may also provide consulting services to the audited organizations and provide guidance and advice during the audit process. Because of these features, these standards are easy for small and medium-sized organizations to adopt, and many organizations have demonstrated conformance to the standards.
We are currently considering revisions to the JFS-A/B standards, and we are also making certain updates to the program document as well. We would appreciate your feedback on the proposed revisions.
We would appreciate your comments on the revised proposal.
