JFSM Members Conference 2021 (Autumn)

ACTIVITY & OTHER

Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) is pleased to announce that the JFSM Members' Conference will be hosted online.
In order to deliver the latest information on food safety, which is highly demanded by our members, we are planning to hold a special lecture "General Principles for Food Hygiene (GPFH) 2020 Revision by Codex Alimentarius Commission" and a case study lecture "Efforts of JFS-C Standard Certification".
The GPFH will be revised in 2020, and the relationship between GHP and HACCP has been clarified. The lecturer, who is a member of the Japanese bilingual translation team, will explain the key points of the revision, focusing on the new definitions and concepts.
If you are unable to attend on the day of the event, an archived version will be available at a later date for about 4 weeks.
