June 7 is the World Food Safety Day designated by the United Nations.

This year's theme is　「Safer food, better health　Safe food is essential for people to lead healthy lives.」

The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) will host a food safety event on June 7 to provide a forum for dialogue on food safety and ensuring the delivery of safe food.
