Tokyo Saraya Co., Ltd, Supported by National Supermarket Association of Japan, will hold a training course to improve knowledge of hygiene management including HACCP and management systems related to food safety for food business personnel aiming to acquire JFS standards (JFS-B standards, etc.) that can be used in international transactions.


The course is intended for those who are engaged in food production or quality control departments in food manufacturing plants, etc., or those who provide advice to food business operators on improving hygiene management, etc.


The training is a 2.5-day program that includes lectures and exercises on food safety management systems and HACCP plan development necessary for food businesses and others to obtain JFS standards.

(Tokyo: 9/13 (Wed), 14 (Thu), 15 (Fri)

(Osaka) 10/18 (Wed), 19 (Thu), 20 (Fri)

(Tokyo) 11/7 (Tue), 11/8 (Wed), 11/9 (Thu)


■ Attendance qualifications:

Participants must have experience in HACCP plan preparation or have watched the HACCP video designated by the secretariat in advance.

Participants must be able to attend the entire 2.5-day course (mid-course changes are not permitted).

Participation fee: 5,500 yen (tax included)
