WHAT’S NEW

New Audit Training Course for JFS Standards (Food Service Multi-site)

SEMINAR

The JFS standard (Food Service Multi-site) is a standard set for food service operators with multiple outlets.
Unlike the JFS standard (Food Service), which applies to each individual store, the JFS standard (Food Service Multi-site) has requirements for the central management function (central site), and each store (sub-site) is audited through sampling audits.
In order to be able to handle audits specific to the JFS standard (foodservice multi-site), we have established a training course to train auditors for the JFS standard (foodservice multi-site).

The course is open to those who have completed the JFS Standards (Food Service) Auditing Training Course.

The JFS (Food Service Multi-site) Auditing Training Course is a one-day program as follows

Overview of JFS (Food Service Multi-site) Audits
Explanation of the JFS Standards (Food Service Multi-site) audit program and the concept of multi-site audits
Explanation of standards and guidelines, and points to keep in mind when conducting an audit.
Creation of audit plan
Creation of audit checklist
Case study (individual work + group discussion)
Nonconformity statement (presentation), corrective action request form
Question and answer session
Final examination
