JFSM will exhibit at the Food Safety Japan 2025 Food Safety and Hygiene Measures Materials Exhibition to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from October 15 (Wed.) to 17 (Fri.), 2025, to promote the acquisition of new JFS standards and to increase awareness.

We are looking for companies that wish to set up brochures or conduct business meetings with visitors at the JFSM booth.
This call is open to companies that are registered as JFSM contract auditors, certification bodies, or training organizations at the time of application.

■Contents of the Open Call
(1) Business meeting activities in the JFSM exhibition booth
During the exhibition, you will have the opportunity to meet with visitors at the JFSM booth during the morning or afternoon hours.
A maximum of two companies can participate during the same time slot.
※Only one person per company is allowed to be stationed in the booth.
(The person in charge of the booth may change booths. Due to the limited space, please refrain from having more than one person per company stationed or present in the booth.)
A maximum of 12 businesses will be openly invited to participate for the entire exhibition period.
It is possible for the same business to participate in more than one time slot, depending on the dates and times for which there is no overlap in requests.
(2) Brochure placement in the JFSM booth
One type of brochure per business can be placed during the exhibition.
Brochures that can be installed must describe either JFS standard audits (audits) or JFSM-approved training.
We plan to set a maximum number of installations since they will be in a limited number of booths.
However, if a participating business that has applied and been selected in (1) above wishes to set up a pamphlet, we will ensure that it is set up.

Additional documents may be requested as necessary.
This call is open to companies that are registered as JFSM contract auditors, certification bodies, or training organizations at the time of application.
One application per business is allowed. Even if a company is registered as both an auditing company and a training organization, it will be treated as one business, and only one application will be accepted.
■Selection
Please note that if the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of businesses or the maximum number of installations, the Association will make a selection.
The selection will be made by JEMAI within one to two weeks after the application deadline.
