【2 September | Bangkok】Food Safety Seminar in Thailand
Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) will host a hybrid seminar (on-site and online) in Thailand for local food business operators.
This event aims to enhance food safety in Thailand, promote food trade among Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand, and raise awareness of JFS standards.
In May 2025, International Certification and Compliance Co., Ltd (ICC), a certification body based in Thailand, became the first Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) in Thailand authorized to conduct audits for JFS standards.
With this development, food businesses in Thailand can now obtain JFS-A/B/B Plus conformity assessment locally, making JFS standards a more accessible and realistic option.
The seminar will also introduce the automatic mutual recognition system between Japan and Taiwan, allowing companies to access both markets through a single conformity assessment.
This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into global food safety trends and support programs.
Even if you have not yet considered introducing JFS standards, you are very welcome to join.
