June 7th is World Food Safety Day, designated by the United Nations.
JFSM is pleased to announce the final program for its commemorative event, to be held on Friday, June 5th, 2026.
This event will provide a comprehensive overview of the entire food chain, from manufacturing and distribution to retail and consumption, and will discuss food safety challenges and solutions from multiple perspectives.
Through lectures and sharing based on practical experience in each field, the event will offer practical learning opportunities for everyone involved in the food chain.
This year's theme is:
"From burden to solutions - safe food everywhere."
This event will provide an opportunity to learn and share about food safety challenges (burden) and their solutions (solutions), incorporating international trends and data, from diverse perspectives including consumers, businesses, and food manufacturers, with everyone involved in the food chain.
This event is being held with the cooperation of Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Ltd. Due to limited seating, please register as soon as possible if you wish to participate.
