■Call for Applications

(1) Business Meetings at the JFSM Booth

We will provide opportunities to hold business meetings with visitors at the JFSM booth during the morning or afternoon sessions of the event.

Up to two companies may participate during each time slot.

*Only one representative per company may be present at the booth at any given time. (It is possible to rotate the representative on duty. Due to the very limited space, please refrain from having two or more representatives from the same company present or seated at the booth at the same time.)

We are accepting applications from up to 12 companies for the entire event period.

Depending on the dates and time slots available--provided there are no scheduling conflicts--the same company may participate during multiple time slots.

(2) Placement of Brochures at the JFSM Booth

During the event, each participating company may display one type of brochure.

Brochures must be limited to those describing either JFS standard audits (assessments) or JFSM-approved training programs.

As space within the booth is limited, we plan to set a maximum number of brochures that can be displayed.

However, for participating companies that have applied under (1) above and been selected, if they wish to display brochures, we will make arrangements to ensure they can be accommodated.

■ How to Apply

Please apply by email to the address below, attaching the FSJ2026 Participation Application Form.(Japanese)
