We are hosting the "JFS Master Training Program" with the aim of developing leaders who will play a central role in establishing food safety management systems.

The JFS-C Standard Ver. 3.2, published in May 2025, strengthens risk management requirements related to food defense and food fraud in addition to HACCP, and there is a growing need to develop personnel with the specialized knowledge and skills to address these issues.
This training program is designed to meet these requirements. Upon completion, participants will be certified as "JFS Masters" by the JFSM upon application and will receive a certificate of completion.
*This training program is being conducted as a Reiwa 8 fiscal year subsidy project of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

This training program is intended for the following participants:

・ Food businesses planning to obtain JFS-A, B, B Plus, or C Standards
・ Food business operators planning to advance from the JFS-B standard to the JFS-B Plus or JFS-C standard
・ Food business operators planning to advance from the JFS-B Plus standard to the JFS-C standard
・ Food business operators who have obtained and are maintaining certification or compliance certification for the JFS-A, B, B Plus, or C standards

▼ Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, participants must meet any one of the following requirements:
・Those who have completed the 3-day HACCP training course
・Those who have completed the JFS-C Standard Internal Auditor Training
・Those who have completed the JFS Standard Acquisition Prestige Training (conducted in fiscal year 2023)
・Those who have completed the JFS Master Prestige Training (conducted in fiscal year 2024)
・Those with practical experience as a food safety manager or HACCP team member

Duration: Wednesday, November 25, 2026 - Monday, January 25, 2027
[Practical Skills Acquisition Module] Training on leadership, internal auditing, food defense, and response to food fraud
Course Dates: Participants must attend a training session on either Friday, February 5, 2027, or Thursday, February 25, 2027　　
Delivery Method: Conducted online via a remote conferencing system
*A final exam will be administered following the Practical Skills Acquisition Course. Those who pass will be certified as "JFS Masters" upon application.
