Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM), in collaboration with the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), will hold a practical food safety management seminar in Hanoi, Vietnam, on 2 November 2026.

As Vietnam's food industry continues to grow and expand into international markets, strengthening food safety management has become increasingly important. This seminar will introduce the JFS Standards, a food safety management and certification scheme developed in Japan, and provide practical insights that can help food businesses enhance their food safety practices.

Through this initiative, JFSM and VNUA aim to support the development of future food safety professionals and contribute to the sustainable growth of Vietnam's food industry.

Participation is free of charge, and we warmly welcome food business operators, food safety professionals, researchers, students, and all others interested in food safety management to join us.
