JFS-C Standard Document Version 3.0 Guideline Edition 1.1 is now available.

Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) is pleased to announce the release of the book "JFS-C Standard Document Version 3.0 Guideline Edition 1.1".
This Guideline is an explanatory document on the requirements of the JFS-C Standard Version 3.0, which is a GFSI-approved international standard for food safety management developed in Japan.
This book contains case studies that are relevant to food production sites and, as a feature of the book version only, a new Q & A section that provides answers to questions gathered from businesses that have obtained and are operating the JFS Standard.
The contents are designed to be easy to understand and use, providing a guide for those who are involved in food safety work and those who aim to work in food safety in the future.
