【Limited Recruitment】 FOODEX JAPAN 2022 JFSM Business Meeting Space Recruitment

Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) is pleased to announce that JFSM will exhibit at FOODEX JAPAN 2022, one of the largest food and beverage trade shows in Asia, in order to support the expansion of overseas sales channels for JFSM-accredited food businesses. At FOODEX JAPAN 2022, we are looking for food business operators who wish to conduct business negotiations and distribute tasting samples using the JFSM booth.

This business meeting will be held as a subsidized project by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) in 2021, "Export Environment Improvement Project for Processed Foods Using Standards and Certifications.


You can use the JFSM exhibition booth, which will be visited by many buyers from Japan and abroad, as an opportunity to conduct sales promotion activities and cultivate potential customers without having to pay exhibition fees. Please refer to the following outline and apply for this event. This business meeting is open only to businesses that have obtained or will obtain JFS certification.

Outline of the event


Date & Time: March 8 (Tue.) - 11 (Fri.), 2022, 10:00 - 17:00 (until 16:30 on the last day)

Venue: Makuhari Messe (2-1 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture)

Please pay for your own transportation to the venue, samples used for exhibition, business talks and tasting, transportation, and containers.


Requirements: Japanese domestic food businesses that have obtained or plan to obtain JFS standards.

Sales promotion through business negotiations, display and distribution of samples at the JFSM booth.

Distribute samples of food products and conduct business negotiations with visitors in the JFSM booth at the FOODEX JAPAN 2022 Japan Food Export Exhibition. Simple cooking of tasting samples is also available in the same booth.


Business meetings with food distributors scheduled to visit Japan from Vietnam


An interpreter will accompany you on the day of the event, so you will have the opportunity to exchange information on import and export with overseas buyers without language barriers. The date and time of the event will be decided after hearing about your schedule in advance and will be allocated after discussion among the participants from March 8 to 11. We will contact you separately about the procedures up to the day of the event after you apply for participation.


About the business meeting space

We have prepared a two-room booth in the Japanese Food Export Fair where you can conduct business negotiations, display and distribute sample products, and cook them simply. The booth is equipped with a display stand, a business meeting space, and a simple cooking room (refrigerator, cooker, water supply and drainage system), which can be used for sales promotion activities and business meetings with potential customers.
