JFSM is pleased to announce the Food Safety Convention 2021/Japan - Food Safety is on the Move!

With the message "Safe food for everyone, everywhere!", the event was first held in 2020 as a forum for everyone involved in the food chain to learn about food safety and food safety management, and is now in its second year.

The event, which will be held in three parts over the morning and afternoon of Thursday, November 18, will feature speakers from industry, government, and academia on the themes of "Beyond Food Safety," "Expanding Food Exports and JFS Standards," and "Food Safety Culture and JFS Standards," providing a program for learning about food safety now and in the future.
