The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) will exhibit for the first time at the "Hotel & Restaurant Show in Kansai 2023" to be held from July 12 (Wed.) to 14 (Fri.), 2023, to promote the acquisition of new JFSM standards (Food Service) and to increase awareness of JFSM standards among businesses engaged in catering, including restaurant, meal service, and home meal service. We will exhibit for the first time at the "Hotel & Restaurant Show in Kansai 2023" to be held from July 12 (Wed.) to 14 (Fri.), 2023.

Exhibitor seminars will be held on the following dates during the event. In the seminar, we will introduce the outline and merits of acquiring the JFS standard (Food Service), which enables flexible operation of HACCP in accordance with food service sites and leads to customer peace of mind by proving safety. Please consider this seminar as a response to the Food Sanitation Law's requirement for "sanitation management that incorporates the HACCP concept.
