Public Call for Cooperating Businesses to Exhibit at Food Safety Japan 2023

CERTIFICATION

The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) will have a booth at the Food Safety Japan (FSJ) 2023 Food Safety and Sanitation Materials Exhibition to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 20 (Wed) to 22 (Fri), 2023, to promote new JFS standards and increase awareness. We are inviting audit companies, certification bodies, and training organizations that wish to set up brochures in the JFSM booth or conduct business meetings with visitors to our booth.


Application period: Thursday, June 29, 2023 - Friday, July 14, 2023

Details of Public Offering:

(1) Business talks at the JFSM exhibition booth

Opportunities for business discussions with visitors will be provided at the JFSM exhibition booth during the morning or afternoon hours of the exhibition. A maximum of two businesses can participate during the same time period. A maximum of 12 businesses will be invited to participate during the entire exhibition period. The same business can participate in more than one-time slot, depending on the dates and time slots that do not overlap.


(2) Brochure placement in the JFSM booth

Opportunity to set up one type of brochure per business during the exhibition. The brochure that can be set up must be one that describes either the audit (assessment) of JFS standards or the JFSM-approved training.

Since the installation will take place in a limited number of booths, we plan to set a maximum installation limit. However, if a participating business that has applied and been selected in (1) wishes to set up a brochure, we will take steps to ensure that it is set up.


How to apply:

Please apply by e-mail to the address below with the application documents (Form 1 "Application for Participation in Food Safety Japan 2023") found in the link above. You may be asked to provide additional documents if necessary.

*This call is open to companies that are registered as JFSM contracted audit companies, certification bodies, or training organizations at the time of application for participation.

*One application per business is allowed. Even if a company is registered as both an audit company and a training organization, it will be treated as one business and limited to one application.


Selection:

If the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of applicants or the installation limit, JFSM will make a decision after the application period. The selection result will be notified within about one week after the application deadline.
