Under the ASEAN-Japan Joint Public-Private Project for Human Resource Development in the Food Industry, organized by the ASEAN Secretariat, a Food Value Chain Endowment Lecture was held at University Putra Malaysia (UPM).
On Wednesday, May 8, JFSM President Masanori Kotani gave a lecture on food safety standards, including JFS standards, international standards, and their requirements, as well as on SSCAP, an ICT platform for social responsibility developed by JFSM.
