[Tuesday, April 28th] Announcement of the JFSM Member Report Session and Participant Networking Event 2026 Spring

SEMINAR

The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) holds a "JFSM Member Report Session and Participant Networking Event" twice a year to provide the latest information on JFS standards and food safety.
The first event of this year will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

 

The "Food Safety Culture, Food Fraud Prevention, and Food Defense Implementation Support Handbook" was released on February 27.

At this report session, experts will provide an explanation of the background to the handbook's creation and how written information can be translated into action on the ground.

This event is an opportunity to gain practical tips for those who want to advance food safety culture, food defense, and food fraud prevention efforts, as well as companies that want to further improve the effectiveness of their existing food safety management systems.

We will also be bringing you the latest information on the GFSI Conference to be held in March and the latest JFSM news.

A networking event is also planned for participants at the Tokyo venue after the seminar program.

・JFSM Members (JFS Members/SSC Members)
・Registered JFS Masters
・Registered JFS Professionals *Participation in this event is a requirement for maintaining certification (required at least once out of the two events held annually)
・Persons affiliated with government agencies and local governments
・Other members of the public are also welcome (in-person attendance only, fee applies)
*Participants of organizations that have obtained JFS Standard Certification and Conformity Certificates may attend for free, provided they are registered as JFSM Members, JFS Masters, or JFS Professionals.
*Media coverage is welcome.

★Information for In-Venue Participants

In-person participants will receive a "Summary of Question Trends and Selected FAQ Materials" created based on questions received during the "Online Short Seminars on Key Points of JFS-C Standard Requirements (13 sessions in total)," held from July 2025 to April 2026.

The materials summarize the issues that companies are actually struggling with and the common stumbling blocks they encounter.
