WHAT’S NEW
We have released a handbook to support food safety culture, food fraud prevention, and food defense initiatives.
The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) has released the "Implementation Support Handbook: Supporting Food Safety Culture, Food Fraud Prevention, and Food Defense Initiatives."
Food Safety Culture Handbook (japanese)
Food Fraud Prevention Handbook (japanese)
Food Defense Handbook (japanese)
This handbook provides detailed explanations of the new and enhanced aspects of the JFS-C Standard Ver. 3.2 revision (FSM2: Food Safety Culture, FSM7: Food Defense, FSM8: Food Fraud Prevention) to help all food businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises, establish food safety management systems.
This handbook significantly expands on the previously published JFS Standard Guidelines "Concept of Requirements," and includes practical examples, Q&A, and reference information. It can be used by a wide range of food businesses, regardless of industry or size.
The various handbooks can be viewed and downloaded from the "Standards & Documents" page on the JFSM website. We hope you will make use of them.
