The JFS Professional Program is a system through which the Association certifies and registers individuals who "endorse the JFS standards and the Association's activities, possess sufficient knowledge of the JFS-A/B/C standards, and are capable of providing appropriate consultation and guidance based on that knowledge," and who then promote the dissemination of JFS standards and support the Association's food safety standards initiatives.
