Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) is pleased to announce a financial support program for food business operators (FBOs) in Vietnam seeking to obtain JFS Standards certification.
This program aims to support Vietnamese FBOs in enhancing their food safety management systems and promoting internationally recognized food safety practices.

■Eligible Standards
The following JFS Standards are eligible under this program:
　• JFS-A
　• JFS-B
　• JFS-B Plus
　• JFS-C
■Financial Support
JFSM provides financial support for:
　• Audit fees
　• Registration fees
　　(excluding VAT)
■Support amount: Up to JPY 100,000 per FBO
■Number of supported FBOs: Up to five (5) FBOs
■Eligibility
Applicants must:
　• Be a food business operator located in Vietnam.
　• Apply through a JFSM-contracted Certification Body or Conformity Assessment Body.
　• Complete a new registration under an wligible JFS Standard by 31 December 2027.
　• Cooperate with JFSM in sharing and promoting food safety best practices.
■Application Period
From 23 October 2026 to 30 June 2027
■Selection
In the event that the number of applications exceeds the available capacity:
　• Priority will be given to JFS-C applicants.
　• Within the same certification category, priority will be given to applicants expected to complete certification earlier, based on their planned audit dates.
