A total of 116 people participated in the "JFSM Member Report Session and Participant Networking Event 2026 Fall," held on October 15, 2026, both in person and online.
The first half of the event focused on the latest JFSM updates, with a particular emphasis on revisions to the JFS-A/B standards and the JFS standards (Food Service/Multi-Site). During the cross-talk session in the second half, under the theme "How Can We Make Food Safety a 'System'?--Considering Management Systems Rooted in the Field--," there was a lively exchange of opinions regarding the establishment of a food safety culture and management systems.
